Tightens any fence - high tensile, barbed or smooth wire. Splice, stretch and reposition wire. When splicing wire, tool holds the ends in place so both hands are free to make the splice. Built of heavy gauge steel construction for heavy use. Yellow enamel finish. All steel main ratchet bar 1-1/4"W x 5/16" thick. 1,000 lb. pull. Made in the U.S.A.
