The Keeper 12 ft ratchet tie-down features an abrasion-resistant wide 1-1/2 in Hi-Test webbing to secure cargo and absorb shock during transportation. It is constructed with a durable steel C-grip ratchet, ergonomic handle and vinyl-coated double J-hooks. To engage, attach the hook to an anchor point, pull the strap over the cargo and tug to desired tension. ratchet by raising and lowering the handle to lock cargo into place.
